Silky is a medium roasted coffee.

We start with a single origin (Peru) organic coffee and decaffeinate it using the Swiss Water Process.

The beans come from various Cooperatives in Peru. The variety of beans are : Caturra, Typica, Pache and Bourbon.

Tasting notes: rich, smooth, caramel, with a hint of dark chocolate.
