Shipping Policies
We are currently only shipping to the Contiguous United States and Canada.
For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii please inquire at info@plumbgoods.tv
Free economy shipping on orders for 2 or more candles only!!
Free economy shipping is only available for shipments within the 48 contiguous U.S. States for candles only.
COVID-19: Please be aware that shipping carriers are doing their best to get packages delivered on time, but are experiencing some delays.
In addition, we are taking necessary precautions and following CDC guidelines to ensure the safety of our team and customers. There may be slight delays to the normal ship times listed below due to these precautions, but please know we are doing everything in our power to still get things out in a timely manner.
Daisy Collection Shipping Information
All Daisy Collection items are made to order and as such have a longer fulfillment time. Customer orders are batched and sent to our manufacturer multiple times throughout the day.
Daisy Mugs - the manufacturing lead time is 3 - 6 business days. Shipping times vary depending upon location but will be 2 - 4 business days on average. The total fulfillment time will be approximately 5 - 10 business days from order to delivery.
Shipping costs are calculated separately for each mug. Multiple quantities of a specific product receive reduced shipping on each addition mug . The final shipping costs may change based on the products and their quantities in the order. See the final shipping costs in the order checkout.
Candle Shipping Information
Orders will be shipped Monday – Friday, except major holidays. Orders Placed before 12 Noon EST will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 12 Noon EST will be processed the following date. Orders placed on Holidays and Weekends will be processed the next business day.
Standard shipping transit time are 2-4 days. Economy shipping transit times are 5-8 days.

Orders shipped to Canada will arrive within approx. 5-10 transit days.
Canada customers please take note: International customs + duties are determined by the receiving country and are the customer's responsibility to pay.
You will receive order confirmation via email. When your order is shipped you will receive an email with the tracking information and method of shipping.
Please note: Once a package is shipped, the tracking information is outside of our control. As much as we'd like to be there, final delivery is out of our hands. We cannot replace missing or stolen packages at this time.
