Refund policy

Please Inspect your order carefully when you receive it and contact us immediately if you received the wrong item.  

In the event of damage during shipping, please contact us within seven (7) days of receiving your purchase. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We will replace broken items when possible or offer a replacement on  items damaged during shipping. Returns, refunds, or replacement products for reasons other than damage incurred during shipping or incorrect items shipped cannot be accepted.

 

Contact us at info@plumbgoods.tv and include your order number, description of the issue, and images of damaged goods. We will do our best to rectify the situation.
